Digital garden is a fitting alternative name for my Zettelkasten.
I deal with maximalism (stemming from my mother) and it’s important to remind myself, that having a garden isn’t only justified if it feeds your family or you can sell produce from it on the farmers’ market. Being a garden just to have a garden is fine. A garden can be beautiful in itself, and if you enjoy gardening, its existence is already justified.
This is the mindset I aim to have with my Zettelkasten.
