Publishing my zettels is also a way of practicing kindness towards myself.

I struggle with maximalism, I always find a way of arguing why what I wrote is not real writing after all.

Giving my notes the validity of being published is a way to bend my tendency to self-criticise and to practice empathy, kindness and appreciation towards myself: even if they are not a book, not an essay, not even a blog post, my notes have worth.
