I work with a mother-daughter pair, one in the warehouse, one in warehouse administration. They use names on a pro level to separate their work and personal life.
When it’s about work, they refer to each other by their first names. When it’s about personal things, M calls T “my kid” (“a gyerekem”), T calls M “my sweet mother” (“édesanyám”). They do this so consistently that I sometimes forget that they are related.
